WINS
Wins are central to organising. They show that when people build relationships, act together, and stay disciplined, change is possible. A win strengthens leaders, deepens trust across organisations, and builds the confidence to take on bigger challenges.
Over time, wins accumulate. The organisations we support have built lasting wins by organising around issues that matter deeply and are widely felt in their communities.
