The Australian Community Organising Foundation (ACOF) is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of its supporters and partner organisations’ members. We are bound by and act in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), as amended. Use and Disclosure of Personal Information

The personal information we collect may be used to:

• Inform you about the work of the Australian Community Organising Foundation and keep you up to date about our projects and activities

• Process donations, memberships, and other subscriptions

• Issue receipts

• Respond to your comments or questions

• Notify a partner organisation you belong to about your inquiry or attendance at an event

• Conduct research and analysis to understand supporter attitudes

You may request copies of your personal information (subject to any legal exceptions) or contact us to update or correct your details at admin@acof.org.au.

Disclosure to Third Parties

We will never disclose your personal information to a third party unless they are working directly on our behalf (for example, to process donations, send communications, or provide technical support) or we are required to do so by law.
